Julia Lopez – Vacaville Sanitary Service
Julia is the Recycling Manager and Public Relations for Vacaville Sanitary Service. She has been employed with Vacaville Sanitary Service for 23 years. She is a graduate of Armijo High School and Sacramento State University. She is active in the communities of both Vacaville and Dixon. She is on the board of Rotary Books to Africa , Dixon Rotary Club (Past President), Norcal Employees Communication Committee and various volunteer activities. Julia lives with her husband Sam on their five acre ranch in Vacaville where they enjoy spending time with family and friends. In her spare time Julia enjoys riding her horse and playing with her two golden retrievers.

Healther Devaney – First 5 Solano
Healther Devaney grew up in Cordelia and moved to Vacaville in 2001. The daughter of a policeman and a pediatrics nurse, Heather was raised to be aware of the importance of giving back to the community. Heather began her career with Solano County in 2001 and is currently an Administrative Secretary for First 5 Solano, which funds programs for children ages 0-5 in Solano County. In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time going on adventures with her husband Butch and her five year old son, Aidan.

Daman Mott – NorthBay Healthcare
The health care career of Daman Mott, a nursing director with NorthBay Healthcare, spans 16 years. The Vacaville resident has experience in human resources, emergency medical services, disaster preparedness and trauma nursing in a variety of hospital and military field settings. He earned a degree from Indiana State University’s School of Nursing and graduated Cum Laude in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University. He directs Clinical Support Services and Infection Control at both NorthBay Medical Center and VacaValley Hospital. A decorated officer of the Armed Forces; his 15-year military career spanned three wars and four continents. He has served on the board of Federal Employees Credit Union and on the Site Counsel of Travis Elementary School.
He is a volunteer for NorthBay Healthcare Foundation and Guild and for Browns Valley Elementary School. He is an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He and his wife of 13 years, Deanna, who is a Nurse Recruitment and Retention Specialist at NorthBay, chose Vacaville as their hometown he was honorably discharged September 2007. When not working, he stays busy chasing after 2 pre-teen (or “tweens,” as they call it) daughters, Damanique (12) and Delaney (10). Daman enjoys softball, volleyball, fishing, history, collecting antiques and spending time traveling with his family.

Deanna Mott - Northbay Healthcare
Deanna obtained her B.A. in Graphic Design from the University of Northern Iowa and worked as a computer graphics specialist and freelance designer before joining the Army. As a military police and later a Patriot Missile officer she had the opportunity to participate in various peace keeping missions, jump out of planes, and of course travel. While at her last assignment on active duty she was chosen as the Foreign Dignitary Liaison Officer for the 52nd ADA Battalion; working with and training NATO senior officers on the air defense system interoperability. After her military career, she worked as project manager for a steel fabrication company, and was a human resource manager for a petroleum company. After eight major moves in the past 13 years, Vacaville is now home. Deanna works at NorthBay HealthCare in the Nurse Recruitment & Retention office coordinating various programs as well as auditing the patient acuity system. She will be starting on her MBA in January and in her spare time enjoys traveling with her family, running, and reading.

Kimberley Forrest - Padan Elementary
Kimberley Forrest is the Principal of Alamo Elementary, Vacaville Unified School District. Kim and her family moved to Vacaville in 1986. Kim graduated from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant Michigan. She began her career in education at Turner Elementary in Houston, Texas. She taught for a 17 years at Alamo Elementary, was Assistant Principal at Cooper Elementary and principal at Padan Elementary prior to returning to Alamo. Kim holds a Masters in Education from the University of Houston.
Kim enjoys reading, swimming, and gardening.
Kim and her husband are twenty-three year residents of Vacaville. Ed is a bank manager at US Bank in Vacaville. Kim and Ed have two daughters, Elizabeth and Molly. Elizabeth attends Southern Oregon University and Molly attends Sonoma State University.

Clarence W. Lukes Jr. - US Air Force
Clarence W. Lukes Jr. is a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Air Force, and is assigned to Travis AFB as Squadron Commander under the 615th Contingency Response Wing. He has served in the Air Force for over 16 years as an C-130 Pilot with over 2,800 flying hours, and has held a variety of assignments including working at Headquarters Air Force, Pentagon in Washington DC. He lives in Vacaville with his wife Michelle, who is due in October, and daughter Paige.

Navneet "Nav" Khanna - Travis Credit Union
Navneet "Nav" Khanna is the Senior Vice President, Finance & Risk Management and CFO at Travis Credit Union.
Nav joined the credit union in April 2007, with responsibilities for planning, directing, organizing, and controlling the financial activities of the organization. He oversees financial and cost accounting and reporting, corporate finance, treasury, and regulatory compliance and risk management functions.
Nav brings depth to the management team with an international finance perspective from working in global and domestic financial services since 1987 and the credit union industry since 2001. Nav earned his BA in finance and economics at the University of Toronto in Canada and a MBA in international business and finance at the University of Hartford in Paris, France and West Harford, Connecticut. Nav was voted to the Credit Union Executive Society Rising 100 List in 2006 and has earned his Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation

Alex Hall - Vacaville Chamber
A 1989 graduate of Vacaville High School he and his family moved to California in 1984 with his step father being stationed here at Travis Air Force Base from Germany. After a couple years of playing college basketball for his local community college, he obtained a job picking the driving range at Chardonnay Golf Club in Napa. A few months of picking the range and taking care of the outside service portion of the golf course he tested for professional status at the Northern California Players Ability Test. He was fortunate enough to win the test against 90 other fellow competitors with rounds of 74-72. In six years as a golf professional, he was able to teach hundreds of clinics, lessons, and corporate outing for members and non-members. One member in particular liked his teaching style and his performance on the golf course and arranged a sponsorship for him to travel to Australia in 1999 to compete.
In 2003 he joined the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce as the Program Development Director facilitating all of the Chamber’s events and planning fundraisers. In 2006 he assumed the role of Vice President of Operations at the Vacaville Chamber and continues to help build business prosperity in the region.
On a personal note, he is married to Lisa and has two children Madeline (3) and Ian (1) a dog - Guinness. They live in Vacaville together since getting married in 2001.
