Website Advertising
Level One Sponsorship Position:
Price: $5,000/year. Number available: 5
Advertising on the front page is the primary position on the Vacaville Chamber's Website. A rotating advertisement is placed on the home page of the Website. Advertisements are evenly rotated. This level of sponsorship includes an additional two levels in which your advertisement will be placed.
Level Two Sponsorship Position:
Price: $3,000/year. Number available: 5 per primary page
This premium advertising opportunity provides your business with exposure to users accessing the specific information on the Vacaville Chambers primary pages: Events Calendar, Client Directory and Chamber News. A rotating advertisement is placed on one primary page of the website. Advertisements are evenly rotated. This level of sponsorship includes one further level in which your advertisement will be placed.
Level Three Sponsorship Position:
Price: $2,000/year. Number available: 5 per chamber page
This advertising opportunity provides your business with exposure to users accessing significant "Your Chamber" information pages. A rotating advertisement is placed on information pages of the Website. Advertisements are evenly rotated.
Hot Sheets
$150 per month and 950 copies of a flyer, the Chamber will process and mail out your flyers. Our circulation is over 750 member businesses. Flyers and $150 payment are due to the Chamber by the 15th of the month. Flyers received without payment will not go out to members.
Hot sheets are an effective way for chamber members to inform others about businesses, services, or upcoming events. All Hot sheets must be approved by the chamber before printing. Paper size must be 8 1/2 x 11, either 20 lb. Bond or 60 lb.
Offset paper is prefered and colored paper is encouraged. Two-sided paper is encouraged. The business name, address, phone number, and contact person must be included on the Hot Sheet. The words: "please circulate to your employees" or please route to your employer should appear somewhere on the Hot Sheet.
Hot Sheets always go out on schedule by Bulk Mail, and we often go out of our way to make certain that your Hot Sheet goes out as planned.
Note: New members get a free Hot Sheet if used within the first 6 months of joining.
